One way system around the village or full pedestrianisation / exclusion of thru traffic would vastly improve the area and create extra footfall for businesses.

Close entrance to Holme Road to cars, leaving gaps for cycles etc. Would create much safer route through to cycle paths around Trent Fields

Fly tipping is a major problem here and on nearby verges and field entrances - an eye-sore and potential hazard to cyclists and pedestrians. Close to traffic and implement CCTV to break this behaviour

Close Musters Road to through traffic easier making the signed cycle route on Millicent Road safer where it needs to cross Musters Road which is used by a lot of speeding traffic.

Central Avenue should be closed to through traffic at all times (except buses).

Fox and Hound Roads should be stopped up to through motor traffic - used primarily for rat running traffic

Should become impossible to drive from one end of Musters Road to another - access should be via Loughbourgh Road - very wide and straight road majority of people using it driving at inapproriate speeds.

Ruddington High Street should be closed to through traffic, and eventually pedestrianised. No through traffic should be able to get from north of here to south of here without using LBoro Road

No Motor Vehicles point needed here to remove rat running traffic.

Road outside Rushcliffe School should be closed to through motor traffic - either permanently or around school times to allow children to access the school in safety and remove rat running traffic.

Cycles only plug here (allowing general traffic to turn to/from Wellin Ln/Edwald Rd and Earslwood Dr to/from Wellin Ln would remove all rat running traffic from Edwalton

Stop vehicles entering Mabel Grove from Radcliffe Road as 2-way traffic exposes parked cars to being damaged. This will take parked cars off the pavement.

Road should be closed to through motor traffic at the bridge - very narrow space and far too many drivers bully there way through here.

Road should be filtered here to remove the rat running traffic between West Bridgford and Lady Bay Bridge which often pushes through the limited amount of space available
